I was really disappointed with my experience renting from PKW International. The booking process was confusing and the app was glitchy, leading to unnecessary delays. While the prices seemed attractive at first, hidden fees added up quickly. The car I received was not in great condition, and it took forever to reach customer service for assistance. Overall, the convenience promised was anything but; I ended up stressed out instead of enjoying my trip. I can't recommend them.
